I just had to write and say I love my awning. It added to the home so much that I tried to find other places to install one. My location is 45 miles south of Galveston and we all experienced Ike. While we were evacuating from the storm, I grieved about if my awning would make it thru. I was so excited when we returned home to find that the awning had withstood 100 mph winds. We all applaud. Congratulations on your fine product, the EasyAwn! I ordered a 6' window awning on 11-28-05 and received it the next day. That, in itself, is amazing....as is the EasyAwn. I had a lot of preparation work on my wall, but the awning itself was very easy to install. You thought of everything one needs to know. The screws ware particularly good because they have both a Phillips slot and a wrench configuration. I am 81 years old, my grip isn't too good, and the wrench arrangement made it possible to deal with.

Due to hurricane Ivan 2 of my awnings were damaged and 2 crushed by trees. By the way your awnings withstood 140 MPH winds directly on the water at the sound at Santa Rosa Island .........No damage from the high winds on the other awnings. We had other awnings up and the wind destroyed one. I went to the internet to see what I could find. The first sight was yours and they looked good and the price was great. So we ordered 2 and just could not believe how quickly they arrived. Our next concern was the quality. Where they are installed the awnings get alot of stress from very strong winds off the lake we live on. The ones that we had up there had to have extra supports to stay put. I can not tell you how impressed we were with these awnings. We are going to order more. They will not need any extra support. Can't wait to put them up today.
