Shipping to Continental US: Awnings are usually shipped from stock and deliver via Fedex ground within 1 week.
Shipments to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other locations not serviced by domestic FedEx Ground will be billed actual shipping costs. You will be requested to approve the shipping cost before your order will be completed.

Returns & Replacements
Guaranteed Satisfaction or Your Money Back:  We are committed to happy customers.  If you are not satisfied with your EasyAwn purchase just ship it back within 30 days and we will refund your money (less our actual cost to ship the product to you plus a $10 restocking fee) within 10 days of receiving the return.  Please include a note indicating why you are returning the awning.  Awnings can not be damaged or missing parts, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the awning to EasyAwn.  If your awning is defective just give us a call and we will promptly send out repair or replacement parts to correct the problem.
